Participate In School Of Law Opinion Polls On Consultation On Name Of School, “School” Or “College”

The School of Law is working with the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) to finalise the process of becoming a fully-fledged Constituent College of Makerere University under the Universities and Other Tertiary Institutions (Management of Constituent Colleges of Makerere University) Statute, 2012.  One of the issues for discussion has been whether the unit goes by the name “College of Law” or “School of Law”.   It was deemed fit, and after conferring with NCHE, to consult with alumni and stakeholders in the profession with respect to the way to go, either by name “College” or “School”.  This is in addition to whether or not the School should become a College. This Poll is therefore intended to seek views on the way to go.

Thank you so much for participating in this Poll as we Build for the Future.
