Caesar University (formerly St. Augustine University);
Inspectorate Officer and Technical Assistant to the Deputy
Inspector General of Government at the Inspectorate of
Government; Legal Consultant (Research) and Technical
Assistant to the Chair at the Presidential Commission of
Inquiry into the Effectiveness of Law, Policies and
Processes of Land Acquisition, Administration,
Management and Registration in Uganda; Senior Legal
Associate at M/s Anguria & Co. Advocates, Kampala; and
Senior Legal Associate at M/s Lubuluwa Peter & Co.
Advocates, Kampala.
He is currently an Assistant Lecturer at Makerere
University School of Law, Republic of Uganda and his
research interest is in Environmental, Energy & Natural
Resources Law.
