Dr. Benson Tusasirwe LL.B (Upper class), (Mak); LL.M, (Cantab); Dip. L. P (LDC), LL.D (Mak)
Dr. Tusasirwe joined the Law School in 2001 and is attached to the Department of Public and Comparative Law. He was formerly a Lecturer at the Law Development Centre where he taught Commercial Transactions and served on the editorial board of the Uganda Law Focus. He has also researched and presented papers on Media law, Constitutionalism and Governance, Education Law and Policy and Corporate Finance Law.
His areas of teaching and research interest include Corporate and Commercial Law, International Commercial Litigation and Constitutional law. Mr. Tusasirwe is currently teaching Contracts Law and Constitutional Law to undergraduate students. He is also a private legal practitioner.
