Short Course In Refugee Law And Forced Migrations
The School of Law in Partnership with the Refugee Law Project will conduct a short course for the 3rd and 4th Year Law students on Refugee Law and Forced Migration to be held on the 15th-18th of April 2019.
The course is a result of the feedback by students following the Internship programme in the refugee camps that benefited 40 Law students. The students raised limited understanding or knowledge of refugee law as one of the challenges they had.
The course therefore will help prepare the students for internship and also serve as one of the Guest lecture series in Clinical Legal Education (CLE). Upon completion of the 3 days short course, students will receive Certificates of Attendance awarded by RLP.
