Assistant Lecturer

Mr.  Engoru is an Assistant Lecturer, Department of Commercial Law. He teaches Business Associations, Criminal Procedure, and Labour Law to undergraduate students.   

His research interests are in corporate law and economic activity especially minority shareholder protection and shareholder democracy including role of directors in take-overs, World Trade Organization (WTO) Law, and European Union (EU) Law.  He is an advocate of the Courts of Judicature in Uganda.
