The School Congratulates Rt. Hon. Jacob Oulanyah

The School Congratulates Rt. Hon. Oulanyah on his election as Speaker of the Parliament of Uganda. He joined Makerere University, School of Law In 1991, and graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Laws degree. During his stay at School of law, he served as speaker of the university students’ guild. 

The Rt Hon. Jacob Oulanyah is succeeding the Rt. Hon. Rebbecca Kadaga, and all are alumni of Makerere University School of Law. The Rt. Hon. Rebbecca Kadaga Studied law at Makerere University, graduating with the degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB), in 1978. We thank the Rt. Hon. Rebbecca Kadaga for the exemplary role she played during her period in office as a speaker of the Parliament of Uganda. The School of Law is proud of you all.
