Dr. Tarinyeba Appointment on III Board
Dr. Winifred Tarinyeba, Associate Professor in the Department of Commercial Law, Makerere University School of Law was appointed to the International Insolvency Institute (III) Board of Directors for a 2nd term. She is a member of the Academic and Partnerships Committee on the III Board. Congratulations!

Dr. Tarinyeba said, ‘I have learned so much from this organisation that I discovered in 2017 when I was doing an assignment that had a component that was outside my usual areas of work. I have interacted with very highly regarded professionals, academics and judges and currently involved with some of them in a book project to be released soon’.
The III is a global membership of leading professionals, scholars, and judges invited into membership based on their expertise in international insolvency law and practice, dedicated to the development and improvement of legal systems and processes that govern domestic and international insolvencies and business restructurings in order to promote economic wellbeing, investment, and the efficient administration of justice.
