Dr. Bagenda is a law lecturer at Makerere University where he specializes in international law and Corporate Governance. He holds a doctoral degree (international law and development) from Harvard Law School, a Master’s degree (international law and human rights) from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of laws degree from the University of Dar es salaam. He previously worked as a Teaching Fellow (Human Rights and Public Health) at Harvard University, and as an Advocacy Officer with the Refugee Law Project in Uganda.
