Class of 2002 - 2006 Celebrates Anne Muhairwe
Our Alumna, Mrs. Anne Muhairwe was recently appointed the new Deputy Inspector General of Government by the President of the Republic of Uganda.
The media was awasg with Congratulatory messages from her former class mates at the Makerere School of Law.
Anne is distinctively described by her old friends from Law School as a Godfearing, diligent team player with dignity and integrity. She currently serves as the President of the Uganda Christian Lawyers Fraternity an NGO under the Justice, Law and Order Sector where she has served meritoriously in providing legal aid, research and policy advocacy.
Mrs. Anne Muhairwe has also played a pivotal role in mentoring members of the Makerere Law Society through the Makerere Law School Christian Fellowship. She has inspired our members to realize life values and principles of Diligence, Loyalty, Selflessness, Hardwork and Integrity.We join the Class of 2002 -2006 in celebrating Mrs. Anne Muhairwe and congratulate her upon her appointment as Deputy IGG.
The Makerere Law Society continues to promote the traditions of the legal profession amongst the Law Students at Makerere University in order to produce holistic lawyers with an aim of creating a responsible society.
