ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RIF ROUND-3 CALL FOR PROPOSALS

The Government of the Republic of Uganda has committed a special Research and Innovation Fund (RIF) to Makerere University to the tune of 30Billion Uganda Shillings per year to support the implementation of high impact Research and Innovations that contribute substantially to accelerating national development. In line with this, Makerere University anticipates to receive more funding in the next financial year (2021/2022).

Prof. Christopher Mbazira, the Principal School of Law and Cordinator for Public Interest Law Clinic (PILAC) was the successful 110 Cross-disciplinary researchers and innovators awarded under Mak-RIF 2.  He warn the award under the research project titled " Transforming Legal Education By Promoting Experiential Learning And Enhancing Access To Justice For Vulnerable Groups: A Pilot Project"
